 My thoughts:  This great little product is amazing.  It by itself would not work but when put with a good diet and exercise it does really work.   Lately, I have been moving around more because of playing with the kids.  It is doing the job because I am back on the fall.  My stomach feels tighter and so do my legs.  I am happy I got to try this product. I cant wait to see what it does further down the road!  I will keep you informed.  Great product and works to boot.  How do you feel about it? I really would love to hear from you
