Smart Weigh Digital Pro Pocket Scale is a cute and very handy.   The scale is perfect for us who are watching what they eat and want to get healthier or stay healthy.  This scale has been accurate and very dependable.  When we are out and get hungry sometimes we just buy something on impulse.  Not with this handy tool.  I just slip it in my purse with one of the two great lids that come with it.   Then when I am at the restaurant I pull it out and weigh my food for optimal health.  I really want to be healthy and this will help me get there.  It used to be where we could just eat anything and be fine but with so much processed food out there loaded with chemicals and other products.  What can you eat?  I search out healthy restaurants ahead of time and keep them in mind.  This scale is easy to read with a light up screen for the darker places.  We are highly satisfied with this scale.
