I have heard so many things about African Mango. Weight loss is the biggest one I have heard about this and thought it was worth a try. It really is inexpensive and I could use all the help I can get. I have recently heard more claims about lowering cholesterol and Leptin. I had to look up Leptin (see below) that was not a word I have ever heard of and I have taken medical terminology. Maybe I just forgot that one. Either way I was getting more and more interested to try this. I have tried it for a few weeks and think the cleanse part is working great. No significant weight loss yet but I am still working on it. To be fair I have been ill for the last month. I see why it could help when you consider the vitamins in the product. While it is not a miracle but I think it could help you lose extra.
