Surpahs Shiny Small Lightweight Digital Bathroom Scale Review

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/b00kf1y61i

They say that you need to weigh yourself to keep your self motivated to keep going.  Sometimes to me though it lets me down.  I give up.  Sometimes I think it is better to not always weigh yourself because you actually at first you gain more muscle as your burning off the fat.  So you might not see the numbers you wanted.  I think it is better to weigh your self maybe every few weeks instead.  You still need to know the numbers but do not let yourself get depressed if the numbers aren't there yet.

This scale holds up really well.  It is pretty accurate and sturdy.  It is nice and shiny and very very pink.  It is a good scale that I would recommend to those looking for a new basic scale.
