First off I want to say that this knife is really nice but I did have issues with the company.  I am sorry this is my first partially negative review.  It really is a nice knife and it cuts well.  My issue with them is the knife tip broke while my first week of trying the product.  I was cutting an apple and hit the board just a little hard because it was pretty sharp and I did not expect it to be so sharp.  I contacted the company and all they had to say was that It should not of broke.  They made no offer to replace it.  It had to be defective because I did not use it on any really hard.
