This is really great for any kind of recipes.  You get 4fl oz therapeutic grade.   Mine always goes in my diffuser especially when I have a headache.  Now I am making my own Shampoo with it because it helps against dandruff.  I put it in dabs on my forehead sinus cavities when I have a sinus headaches.  It helps and tingles.  I use it in conditioner, soap, and deodorant.
