This frother is rather on the light cheap feeling side.  I have used it at least 20 times now and it worked every time.  It is a small handheld device with a small line and frother cords.  It does not take long to heat and steam the milk.  I worked in a french coffee shop and I know my way around.  I do not think this would ever be used in a restaurant let alone a cafe but it is good for cheap appliance for home use.  It is really easy to clean and use just about anyone could work it.   It takes 2 AA batteries that are not included.
