Take with water. I use warm water with aprox 25 drops. This is made
for singers or people that use their voice a lot. Phone jobs, singers,
dj's, and much more. The herbs in this are a proper mixture of herbs
that calm your throat and clear your lungs. It is a top quality product
that I have been using for a bit.. 2 weeks. It is not nasty tasting or
overly bitter. It is a pleasant taste and it seems to really work. It
felt like it coated my throat and relaxed it enough so I do not tense
my vocal chords. I sing quite a bit and would hate not having this to
help me. My immune system is awful so this helps me improve that too.The dosage is 25 drops 1 to 2 times per day.
