Jiva USDA Organic White Rice Flour 2 Pound Bag Review.

Jiva USDA Organic White Rice Flour 2 Pound Bag

My son is mostly on a gluten free diet. So we tried this flour to see how it would work with his bread and other recipes. I was surprised how many recipes that call for this product. From pancakes to bread and much more! I already made a loaf of bread off the allrecipes site.

It is pretty good for being a substitute because most of them are not fluffy and are to dense. Then you have to add lots of xanthum gum which is not cheap. The bread with this tasted great and was pretty light considering. I did not have to use much xanthum gum and it turned out perfect.

The bread tasted great! It had a different taste but was defiantly a good different. It kind of reminded me of a rice crispy taste without the marshmallows. This also is great for sticky buns, and funnel cake. Now we just love this! We will need a new bag in a few more days. I am baking happy!
