Subtle Earth Organic Coffee Review

Subtle Earth Organic Coffee Review

I am a coffee-aholic! Being that makes me more picky on my coffee too. Anything can effect the taste of the final product. From beans and what stage to anything that may get in with the beans. Places you some fillers to make it cheaper for them. Cafe Don Pablo does not do that. They make real coffee beans.

The beans are perfectly roasted to perfection. It is a mild flavor that is perfect for my palette. You can get the product in beans or ground which is great! When you get the beans keep in mind they are very fresh and perfect to be made and not to sit. This is fair trade, and USDA organic and to me that means they are a good respectable company. Fair trade means that they make sure the people who work with them get a decent pay no matter what country. Not only that but the coffee is Organic! I love organic products!

The taste is great. In fact I am drinking a mug full as I am typing this up. It is bold without being overly bitter. It is smooth still but full of flavor. Already one of my top favorites!

Product Description
Full Body, with a Deep rich Chocolaty Flavor, and a clean finish. Smooth Milk Chocolate, with Tones of Honey, Caramel and Cocoa. Organic Certified.

It is an exceptional Honduran coffee from the Marcala region. No chemical inputs are used. The “cherries (fruit of the coffee bean),” are composted and used as fertilizer, along with vermiculture, and fewer insects are present at the altitude that it’s grown, so no insecticides are necessary. If there ever is a bug problem, farmers sometimes plant peppers as a repellent. The coffee is very dense, and thus has “depth of flavor” and we are able to roast it just right to bring out it’s natural flavor characteristics and a wonderful sweetness.

All our coffees  are roasted fresh to order in multiple small batch roasters (30-60 kilos) at our facility in Miami. We are a family of growers and roasters, laser-focused on quality, and because of our volume and innovative model, we are able to deliver an excellent quality 100% organic coffee, at a price that represents a considerable value.
