Lavender oil Review + Giveaway

Lavender oil Review + Giveaway

I love this lavender essential oil.  It has a very powerful scent that calms me and lets me reconnect and improve my mood. I use in a diffuser for a fresh clean scent throughout my house.  You only need a few drops in the diffuser to achieve this goal.  I use it to relax and to sleep.  I can not think of a scent that relaxes me more than lavender.  I even drink lavender and chamomile tea at night to help me fall asleep.

Did you know that essential oil is mostly derived from the stems?  Most take it right out of the plants immune system.  So smelling these scents on you or in a diffuser might actually help allergies to certain flowers.

Some health benefits of lavender essential oil:1. ability to eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation and treat respiratory problems. 2. Did you know the Latin name of lavender is Lavare.  Lavare which means (to wash) and because of its aroma also which is a clean aroma.

Overall, I love this essential oil and appreciate that it is organic!  It can be used on the body or in diffusers.  Not only that but on a pillow a few drops when going to bed is perfect.
