This is a very nice metal/silicone/plastic grater for veggies and cheese. It grates with ease and the slots are very sharp. Which makes it so much easier to slice. The handle is very easy to grab and hold while using for a good comfortable grip. This product is easy to clean with a easy wipe and clean but I would not use sponges.

We use this in our house frequently. I feel it is built well but I think it would been a bit nicer as hardwood for a more professional look. The point is that it works great and is very easy to use because knives sometimes are not always the quickest method of getting the job done.

I use this for fresh cheese like natural cheeses. If cheese is other than white it usually has something artificial for the coloring and I try to keep on the watch for the best cheeses. I have a milk allergy and yet I love it so much. The taste is crazy good and I think it taste that much better just because I am not supposed to have it.

This does slice easily through Parmesan cheese.
