I have tried quite a few fryers because my husband and son love fried food. We use coconut oil or Olive Oil in place of the unhealthier oils though.

When I got this my first thought was- OH My! This is bigger and heavier than any fryer I have ever tried! Setting up was super easy just a few pieces and fill it with oil. Our first cooking was french fries but in the video is our second which was chicken strips.

The heater works very well and it seems to heat up fast even with olive oil which takes longer to hear up. The temp gauge is really spot on and my food had been coming out nice and crispy and perfectly done! Another thing I noticed that I really like is the bat area inside comes out completely for super easy cleaning. The design is very impressive and heavy duty and not to mention professional. My whole family loves to use this and it comes out great every time so far!
