Do you like making your own products?  I love to make stuff. It makes me feel accomplished.  This product is great for that.  You can also just use it on the skin too.  Make your own skin products like lotion, shampoo, even deodorant.  There is so many uses for this product.  Shea butter is so good for the skin.  This product was very low on grease.  Low grease is great so I do not stain my clothes.   I put this on my areas that have eczema right after the shower and it softens and helps heal my skin.  Dry skin, eczema, and more.. It helps it all.  I use this product daily and this is another one that my son uses on his dry eczema skin.  We love it.

My thoughts:  Who doesn't need help with their digestion system? This product helps with that!  It also contains good prebiotics for you tummy and digestion. I really need this product even for the simple fact it helps your metabolism and mine is shot.  I went through several depression issues that ultimately made me destroy my metabolism so this is a great opportunity for me.  This product also increases your fiber levels.  Not only that it is a natural sweetener.  I take a teaspoon of this product daily and it taste great!  The flavor is close to molasses and I now use a few teaspoons in place of sugar in my baking.  Healthy and tasty and we love it.  What do you think? .I have had the chance to try Cave Woman Bars in Exchange for a review.  Cave Woman Bars are a great vegan snack.  They are quick and easy to fit in your purse or bag when on the go.

I got to try one of each flavored bar.  PB&J (Peanut Butter & Jelly), Banana Nut Bread - (Raw),Blueberry Pancake, Baklava - (Raw), Pineapple Upside-Down Cake -( Raw).

My favorite was The Baklava and Pineapple Upside-down cake.  Both raw bars and have tons of flavor.  The Baklava has a strong cinnamon taste while the Pineapple upside-down cake has a great cherry flavor.  I loved all the flavors.  My husband tried a piece of the Baklava and it had too much cinnamon, nutmeg flavor for him but he loved all the other flavors.

I found they are a little on the pricey side but they are so worth it.  They are about 3 dollars a bar.
