I take my vitamins all the time.  There was a time I hated taking them because of the kick back as I call it.  It sends my nervous system for a second and I shake kinda like an unnerving feeling but I do not get it with these.  What is so great about these?  They are tiny little dots (with exception of the vitamin C) That you place under your tongue and they are gone within seconds.  Next thing you know your on you way easy peasy with no kick back.  They are tiny and mostly tasteless and my son loves his! and believe me it is not easy getting an Autistic tween to take his vitamins...  The most thing I noticed is the delivery because they really do work like they say.  I put a B-12 under my tongue and with in  minutes I could already feel more energetic.  I never get that with regular pills.  These are well worth it.  No kick back and quick delivery with no problems taking them  Great product....I Defiantly recommend this product, especially for a picky child.
