My thoughts:  I love probiotics, and was happy to test these out.  We all loved them and took them along with our meals.  These work great and I recommend them to everyone. I have a slow digestive system and these help push things along.  I noticed less nausea and stomach issues while taking these pills. They are about right size for pills and not too big.  My son loves the thought of eating good bugs, as we call them.  overall, they were great and helped me a lot.
