My thoughts:  I have used this product for a few weeks now and really love it.  It has a rich flavor that I have come to love very much. It is a wonderfully robust and addicting flavor.  Soon, I will be making green tea ice cream with it and I will let you know how that goes.  I often cook with large varities of healthy ingredients and now using this to giving my cooking a new edge.  My son and husband who are mainly soda drinkers even love this tea.
