 I do not think it is a secret how much I love Yacon Syrup.  It has unlimited uses and I use in most of my sweets baking.  It has a similar flavor to Molasses.  It is all natural and comes from the Yacon Plant.  It helps digestion and lots of tummy problems.  Really it does a quite a lot more like helps Blood Sugar levels and helps against bad cholesterol.
