Everyone should have one of these. I am prediabetic and it is scary. I just recently lost my grandma to diabetes and My mom now has Diabetes. I eat right but my body is falling apart and can barely move some days. We all should be aware of what we eat. I think there is a time to have things and times to not. I have been mostly free of white starchy foods for sometime now and love being able to find out the amazing.
This scale is very easy to use. I love how it responds to touch and is very easy to clean. It measures everything! liquid, food, grams anything you can think of that you might need to weigh.
