This is a step by step beginner's dvd. It takes it slow and teaches you the basic steps in ballroom dancing. I have always wanted to learn how to dance and this video actually makes it easy for me to learn. I had to watch it a few times but I am getting the idea of it. This is a perfect starter DVD to learning to dance. It is perfect in instructions and moves smoothly. It is very vivid and fun. Not to many beginners disk are truly for beginners but this one is.
