Health Gurus Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor.

Health Gurus make tons of great products.   They really believe in fitness and products that help get us there.  From Scales to Blood pressure monitors.   This is one of their many great products.

Now I can keep track of my blood pressure.  Sometime ago that is pretty close to a year now that I was diagnosed with high blood pressure an pre-diabities.  That really does a number of waking you up in life.  I try everything I can now that can help me get healthier. 

I tried this for a month now and love it.  It is by far the best blood pressure monitor I have tried.  It has clear reading and does not have the glitches I have hand in the other monitors.  It is designed more like a doctor office machine and it takes all the work of doing a manual blood pressure.  It has a great wide screen read out.  It has a quick start method and does not take too long before you have your read out. 

Lately all my readouts have been in normal levels lately.  I am sooooo happy!!!
