Thyroid Health, Metabolic Support and Weight Management

The doctors keep checking my thyroid worried that it is causing me problems but the never seem to want to do a deeper test.  So while I wait I am trying to take my health seriously.  What I mean by that is I take many vitamins/minerals/herbs that can help me be healthy.

I was so excited when I saw this and was very anxious to try it.

When you have a lower thyroid levels like me you need more iodine.  Iodine is an essential in our diets.  It helps our thyroid perform correctly.  You can find Iodine in this pill which might be the easiest way to get it because you also get other much needed vitamins/minerals in this pill that help your thyroid.  If you want to double it you can take this pill and eat foods like Seaweed, milk, and dairy have iodine in them.
