This course is designed for those over 50. I am only 38 but my health is bad and I am limited on movements I can do due to health problems. I have used this course a few times now and really enjoy it. It is simple workouts that you can do that will improve your health. Any movement is better than no movement.
The instructor in this series is easy to follow and understand. No issues of lagging or falling behind. The set comes with 4 disc and are separated into 30 minute intervals. There is an advanced course too.
I did not get the workbook so I can not comment on how good it may be.
