I love Garcinia Cambogia.  Not only is it good for weight loss but I been using to help me against diabetes and High cholesterol. 

Garcinia Cambogia is pill with lots of controversy but I just go by facts.  Heart disease runs in my family and I am terrified.  I take this product to be healthier.  I am not saying it is a miracle pill because no pill is.  It helps some people with weight loss and some it don't.  I have noticed small changes but mostly in my heart health.  My blood pressure is down.  My glucose numbers went from pre-diabetic to normal.  I think taking this with a healthy lifestyle is a great choice for me.

Graindrops Probiotic Beverage Review

I got to try Graindrops Probiotic beverage in exchange for an honest review.   Graindrops is a ORGANIC (love organic) probiotic drink for the whole family.   It is Gluten Free and Vegan.   My family drinks a lot of probiotic drinks in a week to help our tummies.  If you know me you know I love yogurt and kefir.  While my son prefers organic tube yogurts, he still loves Graindrops.   Graindrops is a great and healthy beverage to encourage your kids and family towards healthy choices.  This drink is extremely creamy and has great fruit taste!  Even though I  love milk but I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard.  This product gives me the best worlds because it is made differently (check below).   Overall, I love this stuff and it taste great without having to be milk.

Zaycon Foods Chicken Review

I Got lucky with Usfamily and got to try Zaycon Foods.  You can order on there site and pick a city and date.  It was Amazingly simple.  When you get to the location you get in the line (in the comfort of your car.) and they move super quickly  You give the very nice people your slip and they help you load it right into your vehicle.  Next thing I knew I was home splitting up, cutting and freezer bagging.  The process was super easy.  The wonderful thing about Zaycon Foods is your getting amazingly fast products fresh from the farm. Its a great option for our family and luckily we have a deep freezer.  I love this because there is no quicker way to get your food.  How long does it take Grocery Stores to get it from the farm to you.  Its so much easier and actually a little fun.

I tried the Farm Fresh Chicken.  Wow! These things where huge like Turkey Breast. They where healthy and delicious.  I was overwhelmed with all the things I could make with 40lbs of Chicken.   I was starting by the next day making chicken broth, Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Enchilada, and Chicken Soup.  I made so much and the chicken was perfectly delicious.  I was simply hooked.
