The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day…WAY back in the day. If a caveman couldn't eat it, neither can you. This means anything we could hunt or find – meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds.

My thoughts:

Mystelic Natures Vitamin C Serum Review

I went from not using facial product to trying everything lately.  It must be that ever edging towards 40 hanging around me. Time flashes so fast before your eyes.  I have no idea where my 20's and 30's went.

I tend to have to much oil in my facial skin and can not use a lot of products for fear of breaking out with acne.  This product works really good and I will use it again.
