The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day…WAY back in the day. If a caveman couldn't eat it, neither can you. This means anything we could hunt or find – meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds.

My thoughts:  My son loves these! He takes them and ask for more so I have to limit him.  They taste like a pixie sticks candy and are very easy to take. They are easy to take Crystals that melt instantly in your mouth.  They come in two great flavors Strawberry and Raspberry.  These are amazing because my son takes pills but he does not like too.  He also use to have a choking problem so I am very scared about what I give him.  These make it real simple to make sure your kids are getting the right vitamins without the stress of pills.  Gummies get stuck on there teeth and can make your teeth have cavities if not brushed well right afterwards where this goes straight on the tongue.  Me are huge fans and my son highly recommends these.

My Thoughts:  I decided to try this iPurify colon cleanse because I really love cleansing my body.  I have purchased many high dollar colon cleanse and had great results.   If you are regular your body will work like it should.  This colon cleanse worked by the next day and I did not have to do a multi step process.  Just take two after dinner and it does all the work. The next morning was I was going as I should be.  I had 3 bowel movements the next day.  I really and truly like this product. I take my vitamins all the time.  There was a time I hated taking them because of the kick back as I call it.  It sends my nervous system for a second and I shake kinda like an unnerving feeling but I do not get it with these.  What is so great about these?  They are tiny little dots (with exception of the vitamin C) That you place under your tongue and they are gone within seconds.  Next thing you know your on you way easy peasy with no kick back.  They are tiny and mostly tasteless and my son loves his! and believe me it is not easy getting an Autistic tween to take his vitamins...  The most thing I noticed is the delivery because they really do work like they say.  I put a B-12 under my tongue and with in  minutes I could already feel more energetic.  I never get that with regular pills.  These are well worth it.  No kick back and quick delivery with no problems taking them  Great product....I Defiantly recommend this product, especially for a picky child.

As a mom of a child with Asperger's you hear a lot of information out there on the what I call "autism diets"  Yes, I do believe there is a link.  Our body's all have there imperfections and each generation seems to have "more" problems.  My health started deteriorating at 26.  I have had eczema my whole life.  Not to mention about another hundred problems. Depression, Unexpected weight gain (with a good diet)as a teenager.( No I honestly never liked junk food and never overate), daily headaches, stomach problems (couldn't eat in the morning without severe stomach pain.),  (now the rest started around age 26.)(get this: I am Gluten, Casein, and lactose intolerant)  Fibromyalgia, tendonitis in both knees, weak immune system, and many more but I will not bore you with it now.  I am still forever the optimist.   My son too has many ailments.  He has severe eczema bumps and has flare ups all over.  We need some natural things in our bodies to help with our bodies start to work right.  No matter if you believe the GFCF diet for autism or not most health conscious people know we need supplements in our diets.

First off I started my son on a regular schedule of taking the Belly Boost. (one tablet 3 times a day.).  His health did seem to get a bit better.  His digestive system certainly was better.  They say it can help Eczema but it did not seem to help his facial eczema. He had no flare ups on his body so it really did seem to help.

The other products +OPC and Super C are also chewables like the child vitaims but are for adults.  They tasted alright but did seem to work pretty good on our over all health.  The only con I found is is the price but with a coupon code it would be perfect!
