I live a highly stressful life not only am I disabled but so is my husband and son. My son has Autsim and my husband has high anxiety where that he is always on edge. He does not hit or hurt but he will use words that hurt sometimes. He in now way would be able to take care of our son by himself. Every time you call him or my son calls him he acts upset like we are bothering him. It makes a very stressful life.

I use diffusers throughout my house. Mostly I use lavender or peppermint. Lavender to calm and De-stress everyone and Peppermint for my headaches. Diffusers work like magic... and the special power? Turning special magic turning essential oil into a great cloud of air. Ok, I am not a magic type of person and do not believe it really is magic but it really does work. I think god gave us plants for a reason. A lot of them help us and we do not even know it. I know by experience that herbs do work. I know I defiantly get soothed by lavender and peppermint works for sore muscles and headaches.

Anyway enough of that but down to this diffuser. It is a normal diffuser size and it is a nice one. It changes colors and it has a timer so you can set it for a the amount of time you need. It is easy to fill and use. Just take off the top and fill the water base to desired amount. Next pick your desired essential oil and pour a few drops into the water base. Then replace the lid and lock into place. Push the button for time or colors.

It is a very nice diffuser and am currently using it in my bathroom because that is my spa and relax room. I run lavender when I take a candle lit night shower. I tend to pamper myself once in a great while.

What I think?

I have tried this product for a few weeks now and have not notice significant change but I was not expecting some in a couple of weeks.  I have loss about 4lbs on this product and plan to keep using it.  I so far love the paleo products and the paleo diet.  I do feel more toned and more energized.  I love it.

My thoughts: I know for a fact that most of the herbs in this product are used to detox or colon cleanse.  It works great for me. I take one pill about 30 mins before eating so I detox all the poisons my body has or takes in.  I have become more regular with these pills and love it.  My bowels have always been iffy but I am going on the paleo diet and can't wait.  These pills will detox me there on my new road to health.

The Amazing Miracle Cleanse Review

Benefits of cleansing!

My thoughts:  I love to cleanse.  It makes  me feel better and it improves my skin and health quality.  My body is full of toxins so I was thankful to get this product. Not to mention I am hardly ever regular thanks so my ever changing diet. Now that I have been on this product regularly I am been as close to regular that my body can get.  It has worked well for me.

Reccomendation:  Yes, I reccomend this for everyone but especially those that have tummy issues like me. 

We eat so much stuff that is so bad for us and we do not even know it.  Most of us just buy what we can afford like us.  Pantries do not give healthy foods they give what they can out of what is donated to them.  (Yes, we do go to pantires for food because we do not get hardly any help with food)  It seems the poorer you are the unhealthier you eat.  The cheaper something is the more artifical or chemically derived it is.  We poor can not afford fresh fruit and veggies.  Yes, they do add up and cost a fortune.
