Mrs Cavanaugh's are a perfect gift.  Some of the finest chocolate I have ever tasted.  I had the box gone the first night I got them.  I first tried the coconut almond candy and could not stop stuffing my face.  Not only that I ate the whole box and with my husband and son all the candy was gone!  We used to purchase boxed candy quite a bit but it was not that good to me.  The flavor is such a addicting rich full flavor not just pure sugar like others.  It melted in my mouth and before I knew it the box was gone and my son was asking me for more.   If you looking for world renowned famous candy at a decent price then try Mrs. Cavanaugh's Candy.  Maybe I can talk someone into buying me another box.

Time was when Marie Cavanaugh spent hours in her South Dakota farmhouse each Christmas season making pecan rolls and homemade chocolates for holiday gifting.

“It started when my aunt sent her pecan-rolls recipe,” Mrs. Cavanaugh recalled. “I gave the recipe my own touch and started making the yummy specialties.  Then I began dipping chocolates.  Our friends and neighbors loved these treats, encouraging me to start a candy business.  Finally, I decided it might be a good idea.'”

The Lovely Candy Company

 The Lovely Candy Company is a company I only just recently heard of.  When my family wants candy I want to give them something that is minimally processed and definitely nothing artificial.  I came across this place online and wanted to try it.  They are GMO and Gluten Free.  That is really what made me excited.  Now I was curious on how they tasted. 

They where wonderful enough to send me all the flavors to my left.  Finally a candy my son can chew and not stick to his teeth or ruin his braces.  These candies are delicious!  My favorite are the fudge rolls with Raspberry and the superfruit chews.  They are perfect quality that does not taste overly sweet.  Not only that but they are perfect snack size. 

Great products and so many flavors to choose from.  My son does not even know they are better for him and he loves them.  His favorites are the caramel and fudge rolls.  I do not think there was a kind we did not like. They are wonderful.
