Mrs. Cavanaugh's Review

http://www.mrscavanaughs.com/

Mrs Cavanaugh's are a perfect gift.  Some of the finest chocolate I have ever tasted.  I had the box gone the first night I got them.  I first tried the coconut almond candy and could not stop stuffing my face.  Not only that I ate the whole box and with my husband and son all the candy was gone!  We used to purchase boxed candy quite a bit but it was not that good to me.  The flavor is such a addicting rich full flavor not just pure sugar like others.  It melted in my mouth and before I knew it the box was gone and my son was asking me for more.   If you looking for world renowned famous candy at a decent price then try Mrs. Cavanaugh's Candy.  Maybe I can talk someone into buying me another box.

Time was when Marie Cavanaugh spent hours in her South Dakota farmhouse each Christmas season making pecan rolls and homemade chocolates for holiday gifting.
“It started when my aunt sent her pecan-rolls recipe,” Mrs. Cavanaugh recalled. “I gave the recipe my own touch and started making the yummy specialties.  Then I began dipping chocolates.  Our friends and neighbors loved these treats, encouraging me to start a candy business.  Finally, I decided it might be a good idea.'”
Her husband George and children Carla, Lorraine, Calvin, Colene and Genise rallied, helping Mrs. Cavanaugh fill demands for her homemade sweets.
...In 1972, the family moved to Utah, leaving good friends and their beloved cattle ranch.
“It was a difficult decision, especially for George,” Mrs. Cavanaugh said. “He was excited about making our new venture, which we chose to call Mrs. Cavanaugh's Candies, a great success.  We felt Utah was blessed with good chocolates and that we would enjoy - and could compete with - those who pride themselves on making excellent chocolates.”
Millions of pounds of chocolates later, Mrs. Cavanaugh's candies have earned a reputation for unquestionable excellence....
Ask chocolate aficionados.  They will direct those seeking the best chocolates to the popular Mrs. Cavanaugh's Candies

Coleman's Original Brat Hans Review

Coleman's Original Brat Hans are Chicken Sausages that have No Hormones, No Preservatives, and No Antibiotics added "EVER!" lol.  Another great idea is that they are Vegetarian fed.

I am a Carnivore now even though I debate on being Vegan once again.  I eat only certain meats and it has to be lean,  My son and husband are even more meat eaters than me.  I do look out for the best products in the store and inquiry about them.

Coleman's sent me a couple of coupons to try their Brat Hans products.  I have tried these occasionally in the past but not recently.   Whole foods I do shop at but they tend to be more pricey so these are a real Treat!  I think its better to eat less and better than eating more and unhealthy.

We tried the Chicken With Feta and Spinach.  Yum!  and Double Yum! They are so tasty unlike some store brand I have tired.  Full of flavor with out having the feta, and spinach over power the chicken.  They are just perfect.  They are easily cut up and added to dishes and meals. We cooked ours on a natural wood smoker and grilled red and yellow sweet peppers. We served it with a romaine salad.

My Chobani Review

My name is Tim and I am 9 years old.  I wanted to do my first blog review and Chobani is letting me.  They sent me a box of Chobani yogurts.  I liked them a lot but my favorite was strawberry it was excellent.  I am not that big on yogurts unless they are tubes yogurt.  It makes my mom upset but its true.  I did really like these.  They where sweet and delicious and creamy.  The only two kinds I didn't care for was Plain and Honey.  They where tart and not very sweet.  I expected to really taste the honey in the honey flavored one.  Thank you Tim Smith.

Ok, wow my sons first review!  He wanted to do it by himself so bad so I didn't edit.  Me? I am a big fan of Chobani and love to use them in smoothies, and many others.  I will list a few of my favorite recipies I use them for and Chobani's recipe site also.  They are a great high quality yogurt that taste great and is easy to use in recipes.

My favorite Chobani is Pomegrante I really like it.  I love my super fruits!  Anything with Pom, Acai, and Superberries I have to try it.

I make what I call my Gyro burgers ( I use lamb and at least 93% lean hamburger).  My topping for these is a traditional cucumber sauce.

1 Cup of Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 whole (small) cucumber grated
1/2 Tsp of Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp of Fresh dill (I use frozen since I grow dill in my garden every year.)
1/4 Tsp of Prepared  Mustard
1/4 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1/4 cup of diced fresh Onions

Combined your ingredients and I recommend refrigerating a day before use to make it more solid.

This is my personal Recipe.  Feel free to try it out for yourself.

What your Favorite Healthy Recipe involving greek yogurt?  Do you want me to try it?  Email or comment and let me know.

Brown Cow Yogurt Review

I love Yogurt.  My all time favorite is Cream Top Creamy Coffee.  We never found a yogurt that comes close to the addictive, delicious taste of this one.  I Swear this flavor is the best yogurt I have EVER tried!  I like a lot of good products but I do not like things to easily.

With that said I was given coupons to try their Greek Yogurt. Let me tell you this stuff is hard to find.  Whole foods and Trader Joes here do not carry it.  Walmart though does.  Sorry I am not a walmart fan but if its the only way to get it I guess I have to. :(

This yogurt was very delicious and creamy.  The fruit was just right, not over powering but enough so you do not think you got plain yogurt. (yes, I have bought lots of yogurts that are greek and they taste like they are plain yogurt instead of fruit flavored.)  These are All natural and loved by my family.  Though I will still buy my Creamy coffee (hmm, maybe they will add creamy coffee to the Greek line up).  I will still enjoy and buy the greek fruit yogurts for us.

About : (copied from their site.)

We think our Greek yogurt is the richest, creamiest, tastiest nonfat yogurt in the world. Our authentic straining process removes the liquid (whey) to create a stick-to-your-spoon thick and rich Greek treat with about twice the protein of other yogurts and less lactose.
And for cooking? Our Greek yogurt makes a fantastic cooking ingredient. Substitute it for the cream in your favorite dishes for a creamy consistency, less fat and fewer calories.

** I received a few coupons for this product and it did not waver my opinion in the slightest.  I have already been a long time fan of this brand.  I received no monetary compensation.
